By using the Hamrohim app you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. The app may be used only by persons who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Account and eligibility
To use the app you must be at least 18 years old. Register with accurate, real information - do not use false details or someone else's identity. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and protecting your login credentials. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account.
Hamrohim is a neutral intermediary
Hamrohim is a neutral platform (intermediary) that connects users. Hamrohim does not itself provide transport, jobs, housing or shipping services. All agreements are made strictly between the users themselves, and Hamrohim is not a party to them. Verify the other party yourself - Hamrohim is not responsible for deals made between users.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful purposes. Deceiving, defrauding or harming other people is prohibited. Impersonating others, sending spam or engaging in any illegal activity is forbidden. You must comply with the Community Guidelines, which are set out in a separate document in the app.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
Hamrohim has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. By using the app you accept that such content and behaviour are not tolerated. Sexual, explicit or 18+ content, material that exploits minors, hate speech and abusive slurs, violence, illegal goods and services (drugs, fraud), weapons, stalking and harassment are strictly prohibited. Content directed against the state is also forbidden in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan. Violating content is removed and violators are banned from the app.
Rules for finding companions
Requests to find a companion (travel partner) must be gender-neutral - seeking a companion of a specific gender is forbidden. Requests for romance, sex, marriage or paid companionship (escort) are also forbidden. Requests for sharing costs, job postings, rentals and offers of luggage space are allowed. These restrictions are checked automatically on posts you publish.
Reporting and enforcement
Every user can report content and block other users. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and accounts may be banned. We follow the app store requirements to act promptly and remove abusers from the app.
Content ownership
The content you post (text, images and other materials) remains your property. At the same time, you grant Hamrohim a licence to host and display that content within the app. You confirm that you have the full right to post the content. You must not post materials that infringe the rights of others.
Data and privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is set out in a separate document in the app. The app's services run on infrastructure located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan (including servers in the United States and third-party services), so your data may be processed and stored outside the country. You have rights to access, correct and delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Hamrohim is not liable for the conduct of users or for the outcomes of agreements between them. To the extent permitted by law, Hamrohim is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. The risks of dealing with the other party rest entirely with you.
Suspension and termination
If you breach these terms or the Community Guidelines, the app administration may suspend or fully delete your account. For serious or repeated violations an account may be banned without prior warning. You may delete your account and stop using the app at any time. When an account is deleted, your content is removed from the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from use of the app are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. You agree to comply with the legislation of Uzbekistan.
Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, you will be asked to re-accept them. Continued use of the app after the effective date of the new terms is treated as acceptance. Review the terms periodically to stay aware of changes.
